1. Digital Products (Instant Download)
All digital downloads, templates, and digital files purchased on our website are delivered instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via the email address provided at checkout. No physical shipping is required for these items, and there are no shipping fees.

2. Print on Demand (Physical Products via Printify)
Our physical products are custom-made to order using Printify. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your purchase is completed.

• Production/Fulfillment Time: 
It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print and package your custom item before it is shipped.

• Estimated Shipping Times:
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3 to 7 business days
- United States & Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary slightly during holidays or peak shopping seasons. 

• Tracking Your Order:
Once your custom order has been printed and shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Beautiful Souul is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
